Recipe: Crispy Shrimp and Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • Minced shrimp, 250 grams
  • Red apple, diced, 1/4
  • Green apple, diced, 1/4
  • Sliced red chili, to taste
  • Sliced bird’s eye chili, to taste
  • Cashew nuts, 1 tablespoon
  • Fried dried shrimp, 1 teaspoon
  • Egg, 1
  • Lime juice, 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • White sugar, 1 tablespoon
  • Tempura Batter Mix Mr. Hung, for coating and frying

Directions

  1. Put the minced shrimp into a mixing bowl, add the egg, and mix well. Then, add Mr. Hung’s tempura batter and mix until it becomes thick and sticky. Fry the shrimp mixture.
  2. Fry the shrimp until golden and crispy, then drain the oil.
  3. Put the diced red and green apples into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Mix well and transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with cashew nuts and fried dried shrimp.
  6. Serve with the fried shrimp and apple salad.
